At Original Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked on your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Whether you need a different deck size or a full refund, our team is here to get you back on the pavement as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused skateboard or components in their original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
