When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your board leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our skateboards and gear worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for boards and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that custom-assembled completes may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Original Skateboards come with a warranty?
All our decks are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage, or exposure to water.
Can I customize the components on my complete skateboard?
Absolutely. While we offer 'Pro-Build' setups, you can use our board builder tool to select specific trucks, wheels, and bearings to suit your personal performance preferences.
